Privacy notice
This notice covers the tag.vu website: what we collect when you send us a form, and why. TAG.VU tags and the TAG.VU app will have their own notice when they launch.
Who is responsible
TAG.VU is built and operated by Moonbase BV, Frankrijklei 5, 2000 Antwerpen, Belgium, enterprise and VAT number BE1039343221. Moonbase BV is the controller of the personal data described here. For privacy questions, email privacy@moonbase.be.
What we collect
Only what you type into one of our forms:
- Waitlist: your email address, what you would tag first (if you choose), and that you agreed to hear from us, with the time you agreed.
- Pilot, partner and contact forms: your name, email address, organisation or company, the type of partner (partner form), and your message.
With every form we also store the page you sent it from. We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as health details.
Why we use it
- Waitlist: to send you one email when TAG.VU tags go on sale. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Pilot, partner and contact forms: to answer your message and, if you ask, to discuss a pilot or partnership. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and steps you ask us to take before a possible contract.
We do not sell your details, use them for advertising, or build profiles.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Form submissions are stored in our own content system, on a server in Germany operated for us by Hetzner Online GmbH. We keep waitlist sign-ups until we have sent the launch email or you unsubscribe, and other messages for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we enter into an agreement with you.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Its fonts and images are served from tag.vu itself.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, object to how we use them, or withdraw your consent, by emailing privacy@moonbase.be. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be, autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
Changes
If we change this notice, we update the date at the top of this page.
